The Professional Development Assistant provides administrative support for the Firm’s industry-leading training and other professional development events and initiatives, including scheduling virtual and in-person classes, managing class and event materials, entering attendance data into the learning management system, tracking attendance at required compliance training, supporting in-person events, and handling other projects in support of the Professional Development team.
The Conflicts Attorney will be responsible for assisting with the review, identification and resolution of any potential conflicts issues with respect to clients, matters, as well as new hires. This role will actively follow-up on conflicts clearance with all responsible parties handling new engagements, and will also be conducting comprehensive, daily reviews of firm conflicts of interest reports and resolving any identified issues in a timely manner.
Wilson Sonsini has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to join the IT team. This position under the direction of the Director of Security Engineering and Operations, is responsible for managing the firm’s information security systems and processes, assuring enforcement of security policies, managing the information security threat lifecycle, analyzing, and responding to security events escalated by the Security Operations Center (SOC) and coordinating actions to limit risks identified through our automated systems.
