Wilson Sonsini's Accelerated Consideration for Employment (ACE) program is an opportunity for applicants with a serious interest in our firm to get a decision from us on an earlier timeline. Through ACE, candidates who have thoroughly researched and are confident in their choice can start the application process earlier and move through quickly.

ACE applications are open until May 17th and we are reviewing applications on a rolling basis. Screening interviews begin on May 27th and callback interviews begin on June 2nd. Please contact us if you need an earlier response. You will need to submit your Fall Semester grades as part of this application, and we'll collect Spring Semester grades at a later time. Our general Summer Associate application opens on May 18th.

Join law students from across the country for the Wilson Sonsini 1L Virtual Diversity Summit—an insider look at Big Law recruiting, designed to make the process more transparent and accessible. Through engaging presentations, you'll gain practical insights into legal recruiting and explore how diversity, equity, and inclusion are shaping the future of the profession. This is a must-attend event for all aspiring lawyers.

The Summit will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 1:00 – 4:00 PM PT / 4:00 – 7:00 PM ET via Zoom. The registration deadline is Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM PT / 8:00 PM ET.

This event is open to first-year law students (JD Class of 2028) currently enrolled at ABA-accredited law schools. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
