Our European Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team works in a highly motivating and challenging environment on exciting, cutting-edge development and expansion projects involving all aspects of UK and EU privacy and data protection law, and increasingly on digital regulatory issues, for leading and innovative companies around the world. We regularly represent clients in high-stakes investigations brought by regulators in the UK, the European Union, the U.S. and around the world. We are looking for entrepreneurial team players who are enthusiastic and proactive with 2-4 years’ of relevant post-qualification experience.

If you want to help shape the privacy and cybersecurity legal landscape for years to come in a dynamic and thriving practice group, we welcome your application. Our highly experienced team deals with complex data, privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, and AI regulatory issues for leading and innovative companies around the world. We regularly represent clients in high-stakes investigations brought by the FTC and state Attorneys General; provide clients with practical advice on how to collect, use, and share data and comply with complex global privacy laws; devise thoughtful and effective business and legal responses to security breaches; help clients create, enhance, and audit privacy and cybersecurity policies and programs; and develop and implement global compliance programs.

We are looking for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in technology industries, government regulation and technology, or FTC policy and enforcement regarding privacy and data security issues. CIPP certification or familiarity with computer programming, network technologies, database design, and web technologies or both is a plus.
