Join our market-leading Energy & Climate Solutions (ECS) Practice group as a renewable energy project finance associate. You will have an opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers who can provide active mentoring and to be part of a collaborative team. You will be given the opportunity to assume a high level of responsibility and client contact with companies ranging from start-ups to the world’s leading international infrastructure investors as well as to gain a wide range of project finance and development experience working with some of the industry’s leading and most innovative companies.

If you have 3-5 years of substantial transactional experience at a major law firm with a focus on project finance and/or structured asset-based finance and non-recourse lending transactions, we want to hear from you. Ideally, you will have experience representing sponsors, developers, borrowers, lenders, or investors, with experience in secured lending, tax equity and other LLC financings and joint ventures. You will preferably have experience in clean energy and climate infrastructure finance.

Join our dynamic and thriving Privacy and Cybersecurity team to play a key role in our cybersecurity and incident response practice. We advise innovative companies as they confront cybersecurity incidents and other complex privacy and cybersecurity issues as well as represent clients in connection with major security incidents, provide counseling on best practices and regulatory compliance, and provide cybersecurity expertise to companies engaging in technology and corporate transactions. We also advise cybersecurity companies on legal compliance related to security research and threat intelligence activities.

We value relevant cybersecurity and privacy experience within state or federal government agencies. Experience with incident response, cybersecurity investigations, or cybersecurity counseling is a plus. You will take on significant responsibility within the group and to help us continue to grow the practice to serve leading technology companies as they navigate the ever-increasing complexity of cybersecurity regulation. You will be part of an industry leading team advising private and public companies of all sizes in a variety of industries, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud computing, software, and fintech. You will have 3-5 years of transactional experience, such as M&A, capital markets or technology transactions. CIPP certification or additional experience with technology industries, regulatory policy and enforcement or both is a plus.
