In this role, you will work collaboratively with attorneys across the firm to provide dynamic and practical advice to health and life sciences companies on quickly evolving, complex legal matters. You will have significant experience with HIPAA and other health-related privacy and security laws and regulations. Join our team of Delaware laws experts. Wilmington office’s close proximity to the preeminent business court in the country offers the opportunity to get involved in a range of litigation matters for our innovative technology and life sciences clients. You will focus on the representation of companies and their officers and directors in stockholder class action litigation, derivative litigation, and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of special board committees is a plus. You must be barred in Delaware.
