We’re excited for you to join our world-class Antitrust practice that tackles the largest, most complex, and most high-profile antitrust merger investigations – and does so with an unmatched record of success. Our practice includes complex deals involving market-leading companies in many of the most competitive sectors, including technology, life sciences, medical, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer product industries with a deal flow that is among the most robust in the legal industry. If you’re interested in joining our team, we’re looking for attorneys with at least 3-6 years of experience, with particular experience with mergers. Candidates should have experience in both the substantive and process portions of Second Request compliance and should be able to manage a 2R review including leading a team of associates and contract attorneys.

As part of our Seattle office’s Corporate team, you will advise clients throughout their full life cycle, from incorporation to exit. You will often serve as outside general counsel, including day-to-day counseling and direct interaction with management teams, negotiating and advising companies and investors in equity financings, and guiding clients through strategic transactions and acquisitions.

If you are an energetic and creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. You will have 4-6 years of experience in any of the following areas: capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital, with a focus on representing emerging growth technology and life sciences companies. Join Wilson Sonsini’ s ECVC practice focusing on emerging companies and the investors who support them! You will lead transactions and interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams and boards of directors at our company-side clients as well as our VC and other investor-side clients. Candidates with a demonstrated interest in these growth industries and 4-8 years of ECVC experience would make a great addition to our team. As part of this ECVC “SWAT team,” you will foster relationships with the current and future stars of the private technology and life sciences company ecosystem. From pre-seed to pre-IPO, your work will focus on high growth businesses at all stages of their growth. You will counsel management on matters as varied as formation and exits—often on the same day. We also advise venture capital firms and a range of institutional investors investing in emerging growth companies, allowing you the opportunity to gain experience on both sides of the negotiating table.
