The firm’s Brussels office is looking for a friendly and organized professional ready to be the face of a prestigious US law firm in the heart of the EU community. This is an exciting chance for an eager professional to immediately join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Scheduling internal conference rooms and hoteling offices utilizing the conference booking software
- Ordering food or catering for internal meetings
- Keep the reception area and the conference rooms tidy and stocked with supplies
- Handle mail and packages efficiently
- Assist with office events, meetings, and clerical tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a front office role
- Proficiency in English, French and Dutch
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

The primary location for this job posting is in Brussels. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows: €39,398 – €53,303 per year.
The compensation for this position may include a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
