Join our elite team of corporate lawyers working with a mix of life science and tech clients. We work with exciting companies, guiding and supporting them from inception, through funding, and on to the IPO process and life as public company, or sale. We are looking for corporate attorneys with three to four years of experience for an associate position with background and interest in the incredibly dynamic world of tech and life sciences.
Desired expertise includes a focus on the ability to advise companies and venture capital investors on start-up and venture capital financings. Experience with IPOs, equity capital markets, and public company reporting also desirable. Expect to lead EC/VC private financings and manage a varied team of associates and paralegals that support you. We are a group of corporate generalists serving the tech and life science client bases.
The position will be based in Palo Alto. You will gain deep and broad experience working directly with clients bringing world-changing products and technologies to market. This is a fun and collaborative group!
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $260,000 – $310,000, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
