The IT Collaboration Coordinator, under the direction of the Manager of Communications, is responsible for performing all functions required to support day-to-day conferencing events which include the support and maintenance of a suite of conferencing software and systems. Including tasks as bridge operator/monitor, being accountable for audio/video component availability, assisting in support of mobile device deployments, collaboration tools and data repositories.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports in-house audio-visual conferences, conference phones, cameras, touch panels, display desk phones, and mobile device deployments.  This includes monitoring conference requests; emulating scenarios to work resolving issues, testing and documenting conferencing changes, mobile device requests, and desk phone pairing changes, new phones, repairs and tickets relating to these services. 
  • Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help assist with conferences and resolve any issues.  Systems to be supported include Cisco Codecs, Pexip Bridge (uses Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom), Solstice, Teams Voice, Mobile Device Management (Workspace One MDM for Android & IOS devices), Apple Business Manager.
  • Provides support for wireless devices assisting with device upgrades and deployments offered by the firm; mobile device management services, and associated firm managed mobile applications. 
  • Supports Teams Voice, which includes managing phone profiles of new hires and departures.  In-building wireless network services, TV services for all offices and Digital Signage are also supported by this position.
  • Provides support for the firm’s collaboration tools, Box, Dropbox, and Google Workspace. 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience assisting, maintaining, and supporting audio-visual, web and collaboration systems with excellent trouble shooting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High level of customer service, professionalism with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience configuring and managing mobile devices, software updates, and services.
  • Basic knowledge of IT network technologies and infrastructure.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible working hours, to include after hours and weekend coverage as needed.
  • Ability to work well with team members in all departments and outside vendors on all aspects of system support.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

The primary location for this job posting is in Palo Alto. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows: $39.23 – $53.08 per hour.

The compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
