Join our Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team, where you will provide legal advice on the full range of privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters on corporate and technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other commercial and strategic transactions. You will be part of an industry leading team advising private and public companies of all sizes in a variety of industries, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud computing, software, and fintech. If you are a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and proactive attitude with at least 1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, such as M&A, capital markets or technology transactions, we'd love to hear from you. CIPP certification or additional experience with technology industries, regulatory policy and enforcement or both is a plus.

The European privacy and cybersecurity team advises clients of all sizes across a wide range of sectors, including AI, finance, technology, life sciences, the Internet of things, social networks, connected mobility, and biotechnologies. The interns work in a highly motivating and challenging environment on exciting, cutting-edge development and expansion projects involving all aspects of EU privacy and data protection law and other data regulatory legislations. You will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the data regulatory practice, as well as to take on significant responsibility and work directly with senior attorneys, including former French and U.S. regulators.
