Wilmington office’s close proximity to the preeminent business court in the country offers the opportunity to get involved in a range of litigation matters for our innovative technology and life sciences clients. You will focus on the representation of companies and their officers and directors in stockholder class action litigation, derivative litigation, and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of special board committees is a plus. You must be barred in Delaware.
